Banquet Hall Rental Details

  • $105/hr BCA Resident Members ($135/hr Associate members & Outside groups)

  • $1050 full day BCA Resident Members ($1350 full day Associate members & Outside groups) event rental includes the use of Hall, Kitchen & Bar for 8AM (booking date) to 2AM (next day)

  • $200 Pre-event Set-up (evening before after 6pm, if available)

  • Hall: 2,600 - Stage: 777 sq/ft

  • 168 banquet seating or 200 theatre seating

  • 50% deposit required at time of booking. Cancellation of booked dates made less than 90 days prior will result in the forfeit on the booking deposit.

  • The rental balance will be payable within 7 days of the rental date.

  • Groups are responsible for their own setup and takedown

  • Renters must have liability insurance

  • Inclusions: New Air Conditioning System, Tables, Chairs, Tableware, Glassware use of Stage, Kitchen, Bar & High Quality Sound System

  • Extras: Outside BBQ Area $25, Rear Projection Screen and Projector $50, Bluetooth Night Club Light System $150 (works with all phones and tablet playlist platforms like Spotify, PlayMusic, etc.)

  • Free Wi-Fi throughout (BLC or Shaw Go!)
